Skwod. The one we won't ship.
Skwod is a complete, working communications platform — real-time chat, voice, and video across web, desktop, and mobile, running on 19 edge microservices. Under the hood: a from-scratch implementation of the Signal Protocol, upgraded to post-quantum cryptography. Fully self-hostable. Every message, every call, every file: end-to-end encrypted, with no back door, no escrow, no read-path for us at all.
That last sentence is why you can't have it. Total encryption is exactly the kind of software that invites government interference — and we could not read your messages even if we were ordered to. Until we're confident we can release Skwod without being compelled to weaken it, it stays in the vault. Finished. Tested. Unreleased.

Eight years shipping production systems across Fortune 500 enterprise, investor-backed growth companies, and founder-led startups. Before Flayr Labs: revenue-critical ad services behind a $1M+/month ecosystem serving 5M+ users at The Meet Group, enterprise banking at Fiserv, an AI AdTech platform as tech lead at LifeWise, and a global deal-workflow platform at IBM.
At Flayr Labs he leads the full portfolio end to end — schema design through incident response — including the agent runtime itself: bounded tool use, prompt-injection defense, kill switches, and content moderation.
