We run what we build
The same team writes the code, operates the infrastructure, and answers when something breaks. Nothing is handed off.
Automation with review
AI agents do much of the routine engineering. Every change still passes code review, security checks, and automated tests before it reaches production.
Our own platform
Our products run on infrastructure we operate ourselves, with isolated databases per product, encrypted backups, and monitoring around the clock.

Ahmed “AJ” Hosny
Founder and principal engineer
AJ has spent eight years building production systems at Fortune 500 companies, venture-backed startups, and now his own company. Before Flayr Labs he worked on ad services at The Meet Group, payments at Fiserv, an AI advertising platform as tech lead at LifeWise, and a global sales platform at IBM.
At Flayr Labs he leads every product from database design to incident response, including the safety controls around the AI systems the products depend on.
